Parcel pick-up service

Don’t want to carry around your purchase?

Get a parcel pick-up slip from the vendor and bring it to the site office. We will collect the goods and keep them at the parcel pick-up tent for you to collect as your drive out the car park. It’s easy… and it’s free!

Directions and information around the site

Our ‘cowavan’ information booth is located next to the site office. You will find all the event information here and be guided to ‘What’s on’ around the site.

There is a detailed map inside the Guide Book and also on a board near the Exhibitor Site Office near the front steps of the college.

Disabled toilets and baby change facilities are in the Craft Courtyard

We love babies too!

A courtesy marquee for mums and dads to feed and change their baby is located behind the Site office.


Lot’s of choices including sausage and steak sandwiches, Vietnamese and Thai food, smoothies, gourmet tasting plates:

  • Eat Street – behind Nash Park stage
  • The Wedge
  • Good Food & Wine area
  • Coffee outlets are located around the site

You can also visit the Tocal Dining hall for a sit down meal or grab a pie from Tocal Canteen.


A FREE shuttle will leave from Maitland Railway Station on the hour from 9 am and picking up in Lorn at quarter past the hour starting Friday and running all weekend.

The onsite Courtesy Buses are available to:

  • pick you up in the car park and take you to the Visitor entry
  • take you to and from the Tocal Homestead
  • take you to and from the fishing clinic

You can also hop on the people mover which will transport you around the site.
